Omri Ben-Canaan founded Diversify.Club to give serious investors a single, curated home for the deal flow he was already running across his own portfolio. With more than a decade in property investment across Indonesia and a CEO seat at Kosong Satu Group since 2013, he has spent his career sourcing, structuring, and operating real estate at scale, and now leads Kedungu Capital Partners Pte Ltd. The thesis is simple: bring operator-grade access to a community of investors who would otherwise see the deals last.

The Company does not hold Member capital, does not execute transactions, and is not a counterparty to any investment presented on the Platform. All investments accessed through, after, or in connection with the Platform involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of invested capital. Materials supplied by Operators or by third-party experts are presented as received and are not independently verified by the Company. Members invest on their own judgment, after their own due diligence, and at their own risk. The Company and/or its affiliated entities may receive a referral, success, or sponsor fee from Operators in connection with a Deal.
